2025 Participating Companies

Membership Company Requirements
  • Equally share all financial expenses related to each event so that 100% of all funds raised will be donated directly to the charitable organization. (Currently not to exceed $1,500).These expenses include but not limited to the following: Event T-shirt, lunch, wristbands, incentive promotions, printing, signage and miscellaneous consumables.

  • Provide a Company Executive to support the Company Coordinator and actively promote the event within the company.

  • Provide a Company Coordinator to organize each company’s participation in the event

  • Raise money and encourage employee participation

  • Member companies shall comply with minimum participation and financial goals for each event as established by the Executive Committee.

  • February 24, 2026 | 4-7pm at Continental Electric Construction Co.
Coordinator Meetings
  • March 19th, 2026, 8:30am, In-Person at Continental Electric Construction Co.
  • April 16th, 2026, 9:00am, Virtually on Teams
