2025 Participating Companies
Membership Company Requirements

Equally share all financial expenses related to each event so that 100% of all funds raised will be donated directly to the charitable organization. (Currently not to exceed $1,500).These expenses include but not limited to the following: Event T-shirt, lunch, wristbands, incentive promotions, printing, signage and miscellaneous consumables.

Provide a Company Executive to support the Company Coordinator and actively promote the event within the company.

Provide a Company Coordinator to organize each company’s participation in the event

Raise money and encourage employee participation

Member companies shall comply with minimum participation and financial goals for each event as established by the Executive Committee.
